With a 90% approval rating, the highest in the world, and the world’s first country to make Bitcoin legal tender, it’s no wonder why people around the globe love Nayib Bukele and are flocking to El Salvador.

We are following his lead and building a housing community that is Bitcoin first, built with resilient and permaculture principles, and oriented around the wellness of the community.

Premier Homes

The top of the line home models start in the $400s, depending on lot size, location, and features. With features like a separate in law suite, these homes can offer the potential for instant business ownership through short term rentals, along with top of the line resilience and amenities.

We believe that a community should be designed to withstand any unexpected changes in the environment. For this reason, we’re building a community that includes food forests, edible landscaping, energy generation, efficient construction, and sustainable practices to weather any storm that’s thrown at it. You can’t eat a lawn, after all, and no one’s going to be eating ze bugs here.

A portion of the community will be dedicated to farming to take advantage of the rich soil and excellent growing conditions to produce natural, healthy food for the community, and local farmers markets. No pesticides, herbicides, or strange chemicals will be added, ensuring that clean food is available to promote the health and well-being of the community.

Shared amenities including a saltwater pool, kids play area, fitness center, recreational spaces, shared green space, and other modern conveniences will also be included to bring comfort to community members, as well as opportunities for building meaningful relationships with your neighbors.

Mid Tier Homes

Targeting the $250s and up range, depending on lot size, location, and home features. These homes will be large single family homes with ample space and excellent amenities for families, or individuals who value their space and luxury.

Instant Business Ownership

Why do HOAs cost money? To us, this isn’t a very creative housing model. We aim to build one of the world’s first HOAs that doesn’t COST you money, it MAKES you money. But how?

And no, we’re not just talking about AirBNBing your house, though that will be available too.

Commerce and Retail Space

In addition to housing, amenities, and farming, we’re going to create commercial space on the community, including an organic grocery store, owned by the members of the community. Buying a house will include a share of the businesses, operating on Bitcoin only, paying dividends to community members from business profit in Bitcoin. For customers who only have fiat, we will ensure that Bitcoin ATMs are available. A portion of the profits from the commerce center will go towards community maintenance and improvements, instead of members paying HOA fees.

Event Center

The community will also feature a world-class event center to host events of all types. Integrating into the natural environment, it will be a beautiful place to hold Bitcoin conferences, weddings, community gatherings, expos, and more.

Co-Working And Innovation

The community office will include a co-working space that is open to both community members, and the public at large, to rent in various capacities (offices, meeting rooms, and couch space). This will serve as a hotbed of innovation, increase integration with the local area, while making commuting obsolete.

Holistic Wellness And Day Spa

In addition, the community will feature a holistic wellness center and day spa that also serves both the community, and public at large. Utilizing the latest developments in holistic healing, including near infrared light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, sensory deprivation pods, PEMF, and other technologies, we will strive to optimize the health of members as well as the public at large. In addition, the wellness center will include spaces for massage therapists, holistic practitioners, and other service-based treatments that will be rented out, generating profit for the community.

Short Term Rentals

The community will also include a group of short term rentals, to provide guests from around the world the ability to visit the community and utilize the services it provides. The management services from this will also be available to the community, so community members who wish to list their houses as short term rentals can optionally utilize these management services to conveniently manage their house as a rental.

A portion of the community will be setup to provide lower cost housing, available only to native El Salvadorians. These will be in the style of the smaller town homes that are typical in El Salvador, including business ownership shares and the same access to shared amenities as everyone else.

The people of El Salvador are incredible: kind, generous, caring, and honest people. They have endured unimaginable hardships at the hands of gangs and ruthless thugs for decades and have turned their country around to serve as a shining light to the world; they deserve better than westerns coming in and buying their homeland to create gated communities that they don’t have access to.

In addition, this will help community members integrate into El Salvador, speak the language, understand the culture, and make local connections, while bringing new knowledge, innovation, and wealth to the people of El Salvador.

Casas Solo Para salvadoreños

These efficiency homes will be sold exclusively to native El Salvadorians (with a birth certificate from El Salvador), starting in the $30s for condos and $50s for homes. Ranging from small individual homes to multistory apartments, these homes are designed to economically accessible for El Salvadorians, while retaining high quality and resilience.

24/7 Security Is Obsolete

The natural environment in El Salvador is incredibly beautiful, and it is now a safe haven in the world. 24/7 security is obsolete, and our community won’t have or need it.

We won’t be a walled garden, we won’t need bars on windows or gated lots, and we aim to integrate into the local culture and invite people in for commerce, so we will break the long standing tradition in housing developments in El Salvador by not having those things.

Your neighbors will be your friends and allies, so that we can support and look after each other, as well as relying on the local police if ever necessary. But everyone who’s visited El Salvador knows that it is now an extremely safe place, and the people of El Salvador are wonderful, honest people.
