We believe that housing can, and should, be better than it is. This is why we set out to build a community that serves as an integrated system to support the health and wellbeing of community members, fosters meaningful relationships, and integrate with the natural environment.

Scott has a unique background having visited dozens of alternative lifestyle communities, as well as living for extended periods of time in a few. Inspired by communities like Serenbe, Riverstead, and Ecovillage at Ithaca, we’re looking to build something that’s more than just houses.

And as the saying goes, “it takes a village to raise a child”, we want to create a better world for our own children, and the children of others.
